The fist bollicina we baptized CHARLING.
CHARLING is a blend with 70% Chardonnay grapes and 30% of grapes Rieslling Rhine.
CHARLING is produced with the method i which 40 long Charmat fermentation and 140 days of aging on lees develop, a Bolllicina accompanied by subtle and velvety taste and softness.
Charling is biological like all wines by the company "Le Contrade" that since 1993 in its own vineyard applies the rigourus techniques of cultivation and plant protections. The choice of adopting this way challenging and innovativer growing of grapes, stems from our conviction that they must provide the customer with an extremely genuine and at the same time, to ensure the protection of the environment.
